Their distribution is restricted to LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS ONLY.
ALL law enforcement requests must be on department letterhead and there is currently a $5.00 per patch charge payable by MONEY ORDER - NO PERSONAL CHECKS to the:

Foreign law enforcement officers will - upon request - receive a gratis patch. As with other law enforcement requests, it should come on letterhead. Special circumstances will be evaluated on an individual basis. Money needs to be received before patch is mailed. All income from sales of patches is used to reimburse the Training Division Patch account
