FBI Salt Lake City Division Offers up to $10,000 Reward for ‘Honey Bun Bandits’

December 18, 2012 — Per routine monthly maintenance, the Salt Lake City Police Department’s Evidence Unit is preparing to implement its disposal protocol for December. The following is a public notice in that regard and not a public call for the review of lost-and-found items:

The Salt Lake City Police Department has items that have been found or seized and placed into custody that will be donated, auctioned or disposed of, effective December 31, 2012.  These items include the following:

Backpacks, purses, bags, clothing, sleeping bags, luggage, briefcase, bedding, miscellaneous personal items, towels, miscellaneous personal papers (Social Security cards, ID, credit cards, checks, etc), checks, wallets, keys, bikes, bike parts, DVDs and CDs, computers with equipment, knives, air gun, guns, holster, home and car stereos with equipment, cell phones with accessories, chargers, hand and power tools, money, eye and sunglasses, jewelry, cameras with equipment, power cords, passport, binoculars, perfume, license plates, skateboard, fridge door, car door, fan, bat, cosmetics, tent parts, toiletries, DWS data systems, water cooler, lanyard, radar detector, flashlights, bungee cords, garage door opener, car parts, clock, glasses, laundry basket, cologne, parfum, bike trailer, iPods, printer, Apple TV box.
