The Salt Lake City Police Department has items that have been found or seized and placed into custody that are being auctioned, destroyed or donated on September 29, 2014. These items include the following: 

Backpacks, purses, bags, clothing, sleeping bags, luggage, bedding,  misc. personal cards (ss cards, id’s, credit cards etc), misc. papers (birth certs, letters, mail, photos, registrations etc.), wallets, keys,  bikes, bike parts, skate boards, scooter, Ipod’s, DVD’s, CD’s, desktop and laptop computers with equipment, guns and knives w/accessories, cell phones, chargers, hand and power tools, money, jewelry, license plates, e-cigarettes, perfume, camera, wheelchair, umbrella, eye and sunglasses, foreign coins, electric razor, vehicle grill, speakers, DVD player, keyboard, memory cards, laptop bag, heater, wire, clock, toys, car and home stereo’s, tow rope, camera logo, toiletries, children’s books, GPS, bell, mp3 player, auto parts, electronic dictionary, pet drink well, surveillance camera, Sirius radio and antenna, wig, golf clubs, air mattress, router. 

Reasonable attempts have been made to contact the owners where applicable by U.S. Mail. 

This is not an open call for the review of lost and found items by the general public. If you believe that you may have an item(s) with the Salt Lake City Police Department, please contact the Evidence Unit at (801) 799-3041.
