SALT LAKE CITY— The Salt Lake City Police Department seeks the public’s help to identify and locate a man suspected of robbing a Maverik store at 676 N Redwood Road, Sunday, April 27, 2014.

At approximately 9 p.m., the suspect entered the Maverick store, brandished a handgun and demanded money from the clerks. He was last seen running eastbound on the north side of 700 North.

Suspect description:

• male white adult
• 25-30 years old
• 5 feet 3 inches tall
• short blonde hair under cap
• wearing a black military-type jacket with chevron emblems on the shoulders and a purple patch on the right sleeve, gray-and-black plaid shorts, gloves, and a black baseball cap with a red brim.
