Scholarship, prizes on the line in annual anti-drug messaging contest
SALT LAKE CITY — Students attending a high school in Salt Lake City are eligible for a $2,500 scholarship — if they submit an entry in the annual SLCPD Student Art Contest by March 31.
All qualifying entries receive a contest T-shirt, while a panel of judges will award a scholarship and other prizes to top entries. After Monday’s entry deadline, the following events will take place:
|Monday, April 7:||Top 25 semi-finalists exhibit starts at City Library’s Urban Room|
|Fan-favorite voting starts on SLCPD’s Instagram feed (SLCPD)|
|Friday, April 11:||3:00 p.m.: final round of judging at City Library|
|4:30 p.m., winners announced; scholarship, prizes awarded|
|5:00 p.m., pizza party for all art contest participants|
