A man entered the Baskin-Robbins, said he had a gun and demanded money be given to him in a Baskin-Robbins bag. The suspect took the bag containing cash and left the store. The suspect description went out and an officer arrived on scene, at which point the suspect stepped out from behind the store with his hands up and surrendered.  He did not have a gun. James Curtin (9/1/53) was booked for robbery.
