A female suspect entered the Sconecutter restaurant and demanded money. The employee did not take the suspect seriously and told her no. The suspect became frustrated and fled without getting anything. Suspect was a white female, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 20-25 year old, and wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and sunglasses.
Search Warrant/Closed to Occupancy
1209 W. Dupont Ave.
After months of complaints about suspicious activity, officers conducted a knock-and-talk visit at 1209 W. Dupont. During the call, they observed paraphernalia in plain sight and subsequently wrote a warrant for the residence. Methamphetamine and heroin were found along with assorted drug paraphernalia and a stolen mountain bike. Felicia Fox (11/9/91) was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, Candace Roybal, (5/16/94) for possession of heroin, and Eric Stewart (12/6/72) for possession of stolen property. Due to the potential methamphetamine contamination, the Health Department closed the residence to occupancy.
