A 35-year-old clerk observed two males take beer from the cooler and try to leave the store without paying. The clerk grabbed one of the suspects as they attempted to exit the door, which the third suspect was holding open. One suspect tried to punch the victim. A second suspect lunged at the victim with a knife in his hand. The victim avoided the knife and the suspects fled with the beer. The suspect with the knife was described as: male white adult, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 140 pounds, 18-20 years old and wearing a gray hooded sweat shirt. The other two suspects were only described as male white adults.
The motor squad conducted a DUI saturation. The results were 10 DUI arrests, 135 traffic stops and 27 citations.
