Officers responded on a suspicious person who was reported to have a flashlight and was looking in and around vehicles. When officers arrived, Brock Rice (10/28/82) ran to a nearby motorcycle and tried to drive away. An officer was holding Rice’s arm which caused the motorcycle to tip over. Rice then ran on foot but was captured by officers. The motorcycle was verified stolen. Rice was booked into jail on charges of possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of burglary tools, fleeing and warrants.
