260 E. A Street
A citizen reported finding a 1-3 month old baby sleeping inside of a stroller in the above area. The baby’s parents could not be located so the child was placed into protective custody. The mother of the baby was located several hours later and was interviewed by detectives. This case will presented to the District Attorney’s office for criminal charges.
711 S. State Street
A female entered the Bank of Utah armed with a weapon and demanded money. The teller complied and the female fled on foot northbound towards 200 East where she dropped the money. Responding officers located Nathan Martinez (01/08/91) and Alexander Bingham (05/23/91) in possession of the stolen money. The female was not located but she was described as: white, 50-60 years old, 5 feet 7 inches, thin build, and bad teeth. She wore a pastel head scarf with cream colored pants. Martinez and Bingham were booked into jail on charges of evidence tampering.
241 N. 300 W. (West High School Track)
Citizens were at the park with their children when they called in to report that a male was running around naked. Officers found the suspect Jarrad Gubber (10/04/73) and he was booked on lewdness involving a child, lewdness, criminal trespass, and failure to disclose identity.
