An officer observed a male throwing a rock through a locked glass door at an apartment in the above area. The officer followed since it appeared that the male was yelling and chasing after someone. The officer discovered that the wife of the man was in danger and he had to deploy his CED (taser) to take the male into custody. A 64-year-old female reported that she was a victim of a robbery. The victim was exiting her vehicle in the apartment complex parking lot when an unknown male robbed her of her purse and vehicle. The suspect is described as being a male white adult, between 30 to 40 years old, bald or shaved head, black rimmed glasses, 5 feet 6 inches, medium build and was wearing an unknown color tank top, jeans and an unkempt appearance.
