Police were called to the Multi-Ethnic Senior Citizen Housing Center on a graffiti vandalism that just occurred. A responding K-9 officer saw Joey Kirk (1/18/91) leaving the area and attempted to contact him. Kirk fled from the officer, who successfully deployed his canine. Officers took Kirk into custody and he was transported to a local hospital to be evaluated for a dog bite to the arm.
