A Toyota 4-Runner was involved in a rollover accident. The driver, Fidencio Ulibarri (9/14/83), fled on foot before officers arrived. Officers located Ulibarri and were able to take him into custody without incident. The vehicle had been reported stolen out of North Salt Lake. Ulibarri was booked into jail.
