A homeowner discovered a suspect inside his home committing a burglary. The homeowner chased the suspect into the yard and tried to detain him, however the suspect escaped after a struggle. The suspect used the victim’s stolen credit card at area businesses later in the afternoon. The suspect is described as a white male adult in his late 20s to early 30s, 5 feet 10 inches in height, and 170 pounds.

Robert Hibbard (12/29/70) used a knife to force a 61-year-old male to ride the elevator to a different floor where FBI agents confronted the suspect and took him into custody. Robert was booked into jail for aggravated kidnapping.
