The victim approached the suspect and asked for a cigarette. An argument ensued and the suspect stabbed the victim in the shoulder with a small knife. The victim was transported to UMC with minor injuries. The suspect was described as: male black adult, small build, wearing all black clothing and carrying a black backpack.
