DV Assault/Barricade/SWAT callout
306 E. Redondo Ave.
A female from this address called 911 stating a man in the house was being violent. The phone line was open for a short time then disconnected. Officers responded and were aware of previous violent history at this address. They tried to make contact with occupants inside by phone. As officers were attempting to make contact, someone inside the home turned all the lights off. The home was contained, and continued attempts to make contact with anyone inside went unanswered. After the lack of response, SWAT responded and was able to enter the home and found the female victim, two young children and Jeffrey Hanson (11-21-81) in a downstairs bedroom. After interviewing both parties, Hanson was taken to jail for domestic violence assault, domestic violence in the presence of a child, and unlawful detention.
