A citizen noticed a suspicious backpack by the entrance to the building at the above address. The bomb squad was called and discovered the pack contained personal items.

Officers responded on a call of a suicidal male at this location. Contact was made with Michael Grant (12/10/87) who was uncooperative. Officers were able to take Michael into custody with the use of a Taser. Officers discovered Michael was not suicidal, but did have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Michael was booked into jail for his warrant.
