Auto Theft — various times and locations

The Salt Lake City Police Department would like to remind motorists not to leave their vehicles running and unattended, despite the onset of colder morning temperatures. From Wednesday through Saturday, auto theft investigators logged eight cars stolen under such circumstances.

A male suspect entered the above location wearing all black and a blue bandana over his face. The suspect produced a weapon and demanded money from the cash register. The suspect fled the store on foot.
