A man armed with a handgun and wearing a mask entered the home of a 51-year-old woman. The man took the woman’s safe and fled on foot. The suspect was described as approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall with a medium build. The suspect wore a blue jacket and blue tennis shoes, and he carried a blue backpack.

Dispatch received a call of shots fired at 1094 Glendale Drive, the location of a party. Police were later called to a local hospital on reports of a deceased gunshot victim, a man later identified as Valentin Sigala Jr., 20. Investigators seek Phillip Lucero (3/27/90) as the suspect in Sigala’s murder. Lucero and Sigala argued at the party. During that argument Lucero shot Sigala. Sigala’s friends transported him to a local hospital. Lucero is Hispanic, stands 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 170 pounds, and has short black hair and a tattoo on his right arm. He was last seen driving a beige 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer that bore Utah license plate Z510WA.
