Officers were called to assist Greyhound Bus security officers with Frank Lowell (1/1/85). Lowell was being escorted from the bus station when the police officer observed a bag of marijuana fall from Lowell’s pant leg. Lowell was taken into custody without incident. Officers found several bags of marijuana taped on Lowell’s body. Lowell was booked into jail on felony possession of marijuana charges.
