Motel employees reported that Joe Ballard (12/19/81) and Alisha Ballard (3/14/84) paid for their room with counterfeit money. Officers detained Joe and Alisha inside of the motel room. During the investigation Joe attempted to run from the room, but he was quickly apprehended. Inside of the room officers located a stolen firearm. Joe and Alisha Ballard were booked into jail on several charges, to include possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a firearm by restricted person.

Fermin Rodriguez (06/18/80) was the driver of a vehicle that was stopped for a traffic violation. Through the investigation, officers located over an ounce of heroin and several grams of cocaine in the vehicle. Rodriguez was booked into jail and charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute.

Frausto Ibanez (12/27/68) was the driver of a vehicle that was stopped for a traffic violation. Through the investigation officers located over 100 balloons filled with Heroin and Cocaine. Ibanez was booked into jail and charged with of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute.

Michael Levi Hansen Jr. (06/09/89) and his father Michael Hansen Sr. (08/30/62) forced entry into the residence of an 18-year-old man. The man was dating an 18-year woman, who was the ex-girlfriend of the brother and son of Hansen Jr. and Hansen Sr. Hansen Jr. pulled out a knife and threatened to stab the man if he continued in the relationship with his brother’s ex-girlfriend. Hansen Jr. punched the man in the face. The men took property that belonged to the woman and fled. Both men were apprehended later at their residence. Hansen Jr. was booked into jail on charges of aggravated burglary and Hansen Sr. was booked into jail on charges of burglary.
