Criminal Mischief – Drug arrest
1860 S Edison
Officers responded to graffiti in progress call at 1888 S. Roberta Street. Suspects were seen fleeing the area in a gray PT Cruiser after spray painting a building. An officer located the suspects at 1860 S. Edison. Driver admitted to the criminal mischief and had no license. An inventory search of the vehicle revealed spray paint, 105 grams of heroin, 24 grams of cocaine, 3 grams of marijuana, and a loaded handgun. Fernando Rosas (12/4/94) was booked on charges of criminal mischief, possession of cocaine and heroin with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, possession of a firearm by a restricted person and driving without a license.
