Damaged Property/ Foot pursuit
222 S Main Street
A security guard reported a male spray painting a symbol on the parking garage. Officers arrived and observed Taylor Millet (4/17/90) in an alleyway. Millet attempted to outrun Officers and he was apprehended near 420 South State. Millet possessed a satchel that contained several cans of spray paint; he was booked into jail for damaged property, criminal trespass, and fleeing on foot.
