An officer was driving in the area of the shelter when Al Charley (8/29/86) jumped onto the back of the police car. The officer exited the vehicle and confronted Charley. Charley indicated that he wanted to fight. Other officers arrived on scene and were able to take Charley into custody. Charley was taken to jail for public intoxication and interfering with arrest.
