Trespass / Taser Deployment

Officers were called to a residence on Dan Friesen (8/27/57), who had been previously trespassed. Friesen refused to exit the bathroom. The family opened the door for officers, and Friesen squared off at them in a fighting stance. An officer successfully deployed a Taser and took Friesen into custody. Friesen was booked into jail on charges of trespass and resisting arrest.

A suspect entered Maggie Moo’s Ice Cream armed with a weapon and demanded cash. The employees complied and the suspect fled on foot. The suspect was described as a male white adult in his 20s, 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall, with a medium build. The suspect wore a maroon sweatshirt and a black baseball cap.

Rebecca Robinson (3/26/81), who had her 4-year-old child with her, placed video games into a backpack and attempted to leave the World’s Game Store without paying,. Robinson was stopped by an employee and she threatened to use a weapon on him if she was not allowed to leave. The employee complied and Robinson fled on foot. Responding officers located Robinson with child, and took her into custody without incident.  Robinson was in possession of the stolen video games, as well as brass knuckles and drug paraphernalia. Robinson’s child was taken into protective custody. Robinson was booked into jail on several charges that included robbery, possession of a weapon by a restricted person and child endangerment.
