The Watch Command Log is a daily summary of events of significance compiled by Watch Commanders. There are three watches in a 24-hour period: days, afternoons and graveyards. Items contained in the Watch Command Log are based on information available at the time of its release and should not be interpreted as an admission or finding of guilt. AFTERNOON SHIFT

As officers tried to break up a fight at the Twilight concert a drunken male interfered with them, striking one of the officers and then fleeing. Officers caught up to him and attempted to make the arrest but he continued fighting. He was tazed and finally stopped resisting enough to be taken into custody. Cyle Vankomen (1/27/92) was booked on several charges including public intoxication, consumption of alcohol by a minor, and assault on a police officer. Vankomen was treated for minor injuries. One officer went to a local hospital for minor injuries to his hand and face.
