An alert resident reported a suspicious vehicle in the neighborhood. Officers responded and found the vehicle occupant was Michael Heiner (1/10/90). Heiner was booked on possession of heroin, possession of paraphernalia, aggravated assault, warrants and an  aggravated  robbery with a handgun on Saturday, June 21st  http://slcpd.com/watch-log-saturday-june-21-2014
