An officer stopped a pedestrian who matched the description of a burglary suspect.  The adult male became uncooperative and fled on foot.  When the officer caught up to him he became combative and resisted the arrest. The officer used his taser to gain compliance. Phillipe Wilson (3-18-76) was booked on warrants and charges.
