Recovered stolen vehicle/Search warrant
1659 West North Temple
A male adult victim reported that his car, phone, and credit cards had been stolen while he was sleeping. He reported that the suspect was a female acquaintance he had rented a room with at the above location. He advised the police that he was concerned because there was a firearm in the trunk of his stolen car. Officers located the stolen vehicle and the suspect at a home in the area. A search warrant was obtained and executed at the home where the firearm was located. Jennifer Joel Rogers (01/02/85) was booked for vehicle theft, possession with the intent to distribute, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a firearm by a restricted person, and unlawful possession of anothers identification. Adolphus Nickleberry(11/23/60) was booked on possession of a firearm by a restricted person, and they both had outstanding warrants.
