A female was at the drive up ATM at this location when a heavy set male adult wearing khaki colored pants, a green hooded sweatshirt, and a scarf covering his face, approached her vehicle, produced a weapon, and demanded the victim’s money. The suspect fled the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect description matched the robbery suspect the day before at the same location.
An officer noticed the suspect vehicle from the earlier ATM robberies traveling on the freeway. He and other officers stopped the vehicle and took the suspect into custody. Detectives responded and interviewed the suspect. Estuardo Pavel Vazquez (11/12/76) was booked on two counts of robbery and one count aggravated robbery.
