The victim was waiting at the bus stop when the Jordan Harvey (11/28/1993) approached her. Harvey asked to use her phone, which she was holding in her hand. When she said no, Harvey grabbed the cell phone out of her hand and ran south on 200 East, then west on Social Hall Ave. The victim pursued, yelling to other people to stop Harvey. Two witnesses who were both ATF Agents caught Harvey and detained him until officers arrived. The phone was recovered and Harvey went to jail for strong arm robbery.
