The victim arrived at home and discovered a male inside her apartment. The suspect then fled from her, but she was able to follow while calling the police. When officers arrived the suspect fled from them on foot. After a lengthy foot pursuit a Taser was used to gain control of the suspect and take him into custody. Daniel Rogers (10/7/68) was booked into jail for burglary, fleeing, and possession of burglary tools.
