A female victim reported that her infant son’s father arrived to her residence to see their child. The father was outside the home with a different child (not his) when the mother checked on them and realized they were both gone. Officers located the 4-year-old at the suspect’s home and returned him to his mother. Nestor Cid-Amado (04/26/1978) was booked on several domestic charges.
