A witness called to report a drive-by shooting in the area above. He stated a dark colored 4-door sedan drove by his house, headlights off, and shot at a house on the east side of the street. Officers located three bullet casings in the roadway but could not find any damage to houses or cars, and no residents reported damage. Because of darkness the witness could not describe the vehicle occupants

Officers responded on a report of a male breaking out the windows of the Zions Bank with rocks and kicking cars. When they arrived they were confronted by a man who told officers to shoot him. Zachary Delahay (7/24/89) was safely taken into custody and booked on several charges.
