Officers responded on a report of a fight in the apartment building. A male had ingested bath salts and left his apartment by scaling the balcony to another apartment where he was confronted by the resident. Officers located the subject as he was leaving the apartment and gave him commands to stop. The subject charged at officers and was knocked back by a kick from the officer. The subject charged again and a taser was deployed to subdue him. He was taken into custody and treated at a local hospital for the wounds he received when he broke through the sliding glass window on the balcony. Charges are pending.

The victim was hanging out at a house with a person that he has had issues with in the past. There was another male there as well. The resident left the room and that is when the victim was assaulted by the other male in the room. The victim was relieved of his phone and stated that they had taken his bike as well. The victim left the house and called police. When police arrived at the house, they were unable to contact any suspects. Investigation is ongoing.

The victim let the suspect into his apartment but when he asked the suspect to leave the suspect assaulted him. Police were called and the suspect was located and taken to Youth Detention for aggravated assault. The victim received minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
