AFTERNOON SHIFT
Bike officers were patrolling in the Jordan River area after residents reported suspicious activity. During this time they contacted 45-year-old Arlee Sullivan, one of three people fishing and openly consuming alcohol on the river. Sullivan was cited for fishing without a license and booked into jail on multiple outstanding warrants in excess of $100,000.
