An officer stopped a 15-year-old male who fled on foot. He was apprehended by an officer in a backyard near 600 S Concord. The juvenile was arrested and booked for failure to stop at the command of a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, assault on a peace officer, and an active pickup order.
