A 22-year-old male was riding his skateboard along the roadway at the above location. A vehicle drove past him and pulled over. The driver got out of his vehicle, ran up behind the victim and knocked him off his skateboard. The driver had a knife in his hand and threatened the victim. The driver then took the victim’s skateboard and drove away.
