The victim was in the parking lot of Ace Hardware when he was confronted by a male suspect who demanded cash. When the victim refused, the suspect grabbed the victim’s cell phone and fled on a bicycle. The suspect was described as a white male in his late teens or early 20s with shoulder-length brown hair.
