Cody Hull (12/10/62) and Jennifer Maisano (3/17/89) were located inside of an abandoned business building by officers. Employees of an adjacent business called police when they heard banging coming from inside of a building that was supposed to be unoccupied. Hull and Maisano had been stripping wiring from the building and caused extensive damage in the process. Hull and Maisano were booked into jail on burglary charges.

Interfering with an Arrest

Nathaniel Abraham (1/1/92) argued with officers who were in the process of arresting another person. Abraham’s behavior and refusal to leave the area interfered with the officers’ prior investigation. Additional officers responded to take Abraham into custody for interfering with an officer. Abraham physically resisted arrested. An officer deployed his Taser on Abraham and he was taken into custody. Officers booked Abraham into jail on charges of interference with an arresting officer and assault on a police officer.
