A victim was found tied up in his motel room by housekeeping. The victim stated that an acquaintance had assaulted him, stole his cash, credit cards, and left him tied up in the room.  Officers were able to locate the suspect a short distance away. Arron Shoemaker (5/19/74) was booked into jail for robbery with a weapon, kidnapping/abduction, possession of marijuana, and open container.
