Officers responded to a domestic disturbance at the above hotel involving three adult females and one adult male. During the investigation, one woman claimed to have been taken against her will across state lines for purposes of prostitution. Those claims are being investigated. Vince Toran (2/20/1987) was booked for unlawful detention and possession of marijuana.

Stolen Vehicle / Fleeing / Foot Pursuit

Officers attempted to stop a suspicious vehicle, but the vehicle fled. Officers continued to check the area and came upon the suspects walking away from the vehicle. Jeremiah Havis (2/6/1980) was booked on possession of stolen property, false information to a police officer, and fleeing. Bianca Kinney (7/27/88) was booked on obstruction of justice and failure to stop at the command of a police officer. Both parties had outstanding warrants.

Following up on a lead, officers located the subject of yesterday’s BOLO, Joshua Eddinton (4/24/85). They took him into custody without incident and booked him on robbery and forgery charges.
