The clerk at the above address reported that the store had been robbed. The clerk believed that two suspects had stolen prepaid phone cards before exiting the store. When the clerk went outside and tried to get the men to come back inside, one of the men threatened her verbally with a weapon in hand. Suspect #1 was described as a male Hispanic, 5 feet 8 inches, 35-40 years-old, 160 pounds, tattoo on his left cheek, acne scarred face, short hair, wearing all black sweat suit, black Nike tennis shoes. It is believed that he threatened the clerk. Suspect #2 was a white male, 5 feet 8 inches, 40 years old, 160 pounds, wearing a black leather jacket over a gray hooded sweater, and Levis.

Domestic Violence/Foot Pursuit/CED

When officers arrived on an in-progress domestic violence call the male suspect fled on foot. The officers caught up with the suspect and attempted to take him into custody, but he resisted. A CED drive stun (Taser) was utilized to overcome the resistance and the suspect was taken into custody. Yancey Dejolie (12/30/80) was booked into jail on assault, fleeing, resisting officers, and several warrants.
