Patrick J. Westenskow, 32, entered through a window of a student housing building and began kicking doors and breaking items. Officers made contact with Westenskow, who was violent and non-compliant. A CED drive stun was successful and Westenskow was taken into custody. Two officers sustained minor injuries during the struggle. Westenskow was transported to jail on burglary, interfering, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and public intoxication.
