Recovered stolen motorcycle/Arrest

A witness reported seeing a man parking a motorcycle behind a vacant home. Officers confronted the subject and he ran. Officers were able to locate the suspect with the assistance of a K9 officer. The suspect attempted to climb a tree onto a roof and resisted as officers had taken him into custody. An officer deployed his CED (taser) and the suspect was arrested. Nathan Potter (3/18/81) was booked into jail for possession of the stolen property, fleeing, and resisting arrest. One officer was treated at a local hospital for a sprained ankle and K9 officer was treated on scene for a cut on his arm.
