A 37-year-old man was crossing the street at this location. The man was not using a crosswalk when he was hit by a car that was westbound on 2100 South. The man was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.

Burglary
1605 W. North Temple St.

A witness reported seeing a male going in and out of a vacant Crown Burger at 1605 W North Temple. Officers arrived and found that the male had been cutting the wiring throughout the building. Ernest Erickson (4/26/61) was booked for burglary, possession of burglary tools, criminal mischief, and possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
