Witnesses reported that a man fired several rounds into a crowd near the shelter.  A 44-year-old male victim was struck in the shoulder and transported to a local hospital with a non-life threatening injury. The shooter was described as a black male adult. One witness reported that he saw two black male adults exit a white vehicle just before the shooting.
