A man entered the hotel and passed a note to the front desk demanding money. When the employee refused to comply, the suspect fled on foot. Another employee recognized the man as a former employee. He was later arrested for this robbery after committing a second robbery (see next case).

A man entered the restaurant, approached the clerk, and passed a note demanding money. At the same time, a small group of people entered the restaurant which scared away the suspect. Responding officers located a man that matched the descriptions in both robberies. After interviews, Ronald Kyle Oram (7/26/88) was booked into jail on two counts of robbery.
