A man entered the office of the motel, brandished a weapon and demanded money. The suspect also took several items before leaving the office. The suspect then stole an unsecured BMX bike from the property and fled north on State Street. The suspect is described as a black or Hispanic male adult, approximately 30 years old, wearing a red hoodie.
