Suspicious vehicle
700 W. 500 N.

Officers observed a suspicious vehicle driving in the area and attempted to pull it over. The vehicle fled down 500 North where the driver and an occupant then abandoned the vehicle. Officers and K-9 located the occupant hiding under a car and took him into custody. The driver was not located. Officers booked Quincey Yellow, 20, into jail for numerous felony warrants, possession of meth, and fleeing. Police impounded the abandoned vehicle.
